The Anime, Is it Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon, shorten as DanMachi, is having a movie release in Japan with no date as of yet for stateside. Although with how popular DanMachi has been I wouldn’t be surprise if we hear about it shortly.
The release date for the movie in Japan is set to February 15th. Stateside no date as of yet. We do know the movie take place after the events in season 1. It will include a new character name Artemis. Returning charaters include Bell, Hestia, Liliruca, Welf, and Hermes. Before the movie release the Anime had release Season 1, A Spin Off, and a OVA. There is a Season two in the works with no release date as of yet. (And no we aren’t talking about the Spinoff.)

Sentai Film Works say this about the first Season, “Some adventurers delve into the sprawling labyrinths beneath the city of Orario to find fame and fortune. The Spin Off is called Is It Wrong to Expect a Hot Spring in a Dungeon? It’s run time is 25 minutes so it’s a single episode. It did come out after the Anime did so it has it’s own release State Side. Not a common thing for animes. It comes with a two disk Sound Track and booklet.

The spin off focus on famed sword princess Aiz Wallenstein along with some of Loki’s Familias. She goes a lot deeper in the dungeon then Bell and his group goes so expect some nice action scenes.
