I found it interesting that Adult Swim will have a 24-hour Adult Swim channel in Canada on April 1, 2019. Adult swim has been late night programming on Cartoon Network aimed at adults for quite a while, starting in 2001. There was a lot of anime that was first shown state side using Adult swim. Even now there is a lot of Anime Shows as well as Western Animated Shows aimed at young adults.
The 24 hour Canada version is going to show the same shows that is shown currently in the United States version. Anime that they show include, Attack on Titan, Black Clover, Boruto, Cowboy Bebop, Dragon Ball Super, FLCL Alternative, Ghost in the Shell, Hunter X Hunter, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, Lupin the 3rd, Megalobox, Mob Psycoho 100, My Hero Academia, Naruto, One Punch Man, Space Dandy, And Sword Art Online.
Some of these are older animes that came out before the channel even did, they do add new things that highly stand out. Such as Dragon ball Super, Mob Psycoho 100, and Sword Art Online being some newer releases.
