The Promised Neverland Started and ended strong. We even have a review about it. A lot like how Mob Psycho 100 got on to Cable TV so is The Promised Neverland. Starting April 13 The Promised Neverland will play on Adult Swim’s Toonami. This is likely in part of Crunchyroll and Adult Swim’s partnership.
But the more bigger news of this post is, The Promised Neverland is getting a second season. While we do need to wait to the start of next year to get it. The Anime ended on Chapter 37 of the manga, which is in the 5th volume of the manga. As there is 14 books out in Japan we may have enough source material for a longer season or two smaller seasons before a longer wait. While many times Animes had made up there own story if they pass the point of the source material for such a detail story like The Promised Neverland, it would be hard to keep the story up.
